By accessing or using ApplyNudge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
These terms apply to all users of ApplyNudge, including students, parents, and any other visitors to the Service.
ApplyNudge is available to users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or provide personal information. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or that you are a parent or guardian creating an account on behalf of a student aged 13 or older.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to users under 13 without prior notice.
You may use ApplyNudge without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it if it changes. You may not impersonate another person or use a false identity.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
The core features of ApplyNudge — school list management, deadline tracking, and application checklists — are free for students and will remain free. We do not require payment to use the primary student-facing features of the app.
Parents may subscribe to ApplyNudge Premium for enhanced visibility into their student's application progress. Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to premium features until the period ends.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected].
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We never store your full card number or CVV.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.
ApplyNudge provides college deadline information as a convenience. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Deadlines and requirements change frequently.
Always verify deadlines directly with each college's official admissions website before submitting any application materials. ApplyNudge is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from inaccurate information in the app.
The ApplyNudge name, logo, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
The data you enter into ApplyNudge (your school list, checklist progress, profile information) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
ApplyNudge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or current.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApplyNudge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, missed application deadlines, or admission outcomes — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify signed-in users via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
